18 year old Ashley Clark was home alone, recovering from recent brain surgery, when the unthinkable happened. Two teenagers, a 16 year old male and 17 year old female, broke into the house intending to steal the car belonging to the homeowner.

When they were unable to accomplish the theft, they found the disabled girl and decided to take out their frustrations on her. They bound her, shaved her head, and beat her in the head with a baseball bat despite her pleas for them to stop because she recently had brain surgery.

These two wastes of air were found later that evening after they had left the scene, but Ashley had to be taken to the hospital where she’s expected to recover.

And watch, these two ‘misguided’ youths will be labled as victims. People will support them as they do every other scumbag in the world. I read blogs and posts all the time written by people who say that whatever psycho is being discussed was just a ‘lonley, lost soul who just needed a little love.’

You know what I say to those people? I tell them they need to be sentenced right along with the buttplugs they’re supporting.

These two kids weren’t just ‘misguided’ – they were sick. Pure fucking evil. No ‘human’ being would repeatedly beat on a disabled person who had just undergone brain surgery. No ‘human’ would beat on a disabled person to begin with. Any person who would do this is a lost cause and should be put away for life.

Take the case of Tracy Hermann and James Sargent of Peoria, Illinois. Their 5-month old son, Benjamin, was dropped off a their home strapped in his car seat. 8 days later, he was still in said car seat, on the living room floor, dead of starvation and neglect.

What was the reason for the neglect? Apparently Mom and Dad were too busy eating and playing video games to take care of their child.

Seriously, for 8 days this baby was strapped in a car seat, in a crib.

Sargent even admitted that he probably never even moved the kid for those 8 days. They just left him in his car seat to starve to death.

Published Friday, February 22, 2008

PEORIA — Benjamin Sargent died with his eyes open, fists clenched and strapped into a car seat after eight days without food or water, authorities say.

The 5-month-old was dropped off at his parents’ house on Feb. 4, wearing a bright-blue snowsuit and strapped into his car seat. Eight days later, he was found in the filth-strewn home in the same position, Peoria County State’s Attorney Kevin Lyons said Wednesday during a bond hearing for the parents, Tracy D. Hermann, 21, and James E. Sargent, 23, both of Peoria, who are charged with murder for their son’s death.“It’s the worst case of child neglect we have seen since the turn of this century,” Lyons said afterward. “(On Tuesday), I told (Peoria Police) Chief (Steven) Settingsgaard that this case even rattled me.”

The charges state the parents’ actions, or lack thereof, were “brutal and heinous … indicative of wanton cruelty,” factors that could mean they face up to 100 years in prison if convicted.

Lyons also said he might seek the death penalty for the two. State law allows a capital charge if the accused is older than 17 and the victim is younger than 12.

“He died from starvation due to neglect from these two defendants, his parents,” Lyons said, spitting out the last word with contempt.

Circuit Judge Glenn Collier ordered Sargent and Hermann held without bond, pending a hearing this afternoon, when it is expected that Lyons will present more evidence as to why the two should not be released pending trial.

Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll said Benjamin weighed 10 pounds when he was found by police. He was nearly eight pounds at birth, she said.

Reading from a prepared statement, Lyons said police found the infant sitting in his own waste, all the while strapped into the seat, which was in a crib.

A person who was staying at an unattached garage adjacent to the house had seen Benjamin at some point, thought it was “odd” that he was still on the living room floor after being dropped off and moved him, car seat and all, into the other room.

There Benjamin sat for eight days, most of which both Hermann and Sargent were home, “playing video games, watching TV, feeding and caring for themselves,” Lyons said afterward.

Police had interviewed Sargent, who at first told them he had moved the baby “once or twice,” but later conceded that he might not have moved Benjamin at all during the week, Lyons said.

Hermann’s last contact with her son was the night before police were notified. Then, she allegedly told police she “looked at the baby in the crib and presumed he was sleeping, so she said she stuck a bottle between the baby and the side of the car seat so that when he woke up, he could grab it and feed himself,” Lyons said in open court.

The house, Lyons said, was in complete disarray, with clothing everywhere and spoiled food left out. The temperature in the baby’s room was nearly 80 degrees, he said.

Hermann then left for Iowa to meet with a man she had met over the Internet, the prosecutor said, noting that she allegedly told police “ Benjamin was not her duty and that it was James’ responsibility.”

Prosecutors from Lyons’ juvenile division have already begun proceedings to permanently remove Hermann’s 3-year-old daughter from the home.

Now, I can’t wait for all the idiots to come out and defend these two scumbags. The morons of the universe are going to feel sorry for this couple, saying it was probably due to drug abuse or some other crap and that they need help and counseling.

To hell with that. Give them the chair. Let it be a lesson to all the other scumbag parents out there who would rather let their kid die than take care of it.

….but you should. Jack McLellan is a self-admitted pedophile working his evil in California and Washington state.

Jack was recently featured twice on ‘The Steve Wilkos Show’ admitting to the world that he was sexually attracted to children. Apparently he’s admitted it publicly in other forums as well, not metely on ‘Steve’ because he has his own website which guides peophiles to places where they can easily find children. He even rates these places by how attractive the children are that can be found there.

Yet he claims he’s never done anything illegal. The ‘worst’ he’s done is to lure children away from their parents and give them ‘hugs.’

McLellan is still operating his website. I’ll post the link to it here as soon as I can find it. Never having trolled the internet for sites relating to pedophilia, I really don’t know where to look. Wilkos actually asked the question as to what kind of a person would want to visit his site. I give Steve this answer: Any person who wants to protect children. One way of beating the pedophiles is to know where they operate and how they do it. By knowing which places McLellan is promoting, we can know to be extra careful when in those places.

McLellan also argues that having this website isn’t violating any laws since he’s not directly promoting the molestation of children. Wilkos asked him about this as well, stating that if something illegal was done to a child based on information gotten through his website, he is partly responsible and should be held as an accomplice.

I agree.

I think Jack McLellan should be locked up. He’s already a ‘person of interest’ in the murder of a young girl at one of the locations that his website promotes. He also refused to submit to a DNA test at the Wilkos show to clear his name. What does that tell you? The way he was fidgeting around onstage made him look guilty in my eyes.

Here’s an interview done with McLellan:

The bigwigs at MySpace have finally decided to cave into the pressure being put on them by idiot parents and try to ‘protect’ its younger users from the threats that sicko pedophiles pose on the website.

That’s all well and good, but some of the ideas they have, and are going to put into place, really won’t work. They just aren’t practical.

Although this is my opinion, I’ve been discovering in my travels around the interwebs that this opinion is shared with bloggers from all corners of the globe. Here’s the gist of what they want to do:

1.) Set all profiles of 15-and-under users to private, and prevent those profiles from getting any sort of communication from any adult they do now know.

2.) Default all 16 and 17-year-old users’ profiles to private, which they can change to public if they so wish.

3.) Deny any registered sex offenders access to the site.

While all of those are pretty good ideas, how does MySpace propose to enforce them? Any 13-year-old can go on there and create a profile with the britdate set to 1982. It’s not difficult.

Also, suppose Joe Smith the Molester wants a profile on MySpace but he’s a registered sex offender. How does he get around that? Easily, by signing up as Bobby Jones, the nice guy from Detroit.

MySpace should be thanked for the effort, but politely told that none of this is going to work.

What would work, on the other hand, is better parenting. I’m so sick of hearing parents declare to the media that their child was raped or put in danger because of MySpace or some other internet bases social network. I ask you this, parents: Where were you while your child was chatting it up with Chester the Molester online? Why are you not monitoring your minor’s internet activity, when you hear every day about a child who falls prey to some online predator? WHy are you not protecting your child?

It’s sad to say, but I truly believe that a lot of these “parents” are hoping their child will get injured due to a MySpace rendezvous so that they can try to sue.

The bigwigs at MySpace have finally decided to cave into the pressure being put on them by idiot parents and try to ‘protect’ its younger users from the threats that sicko pedophiles pose on the website.

Damien Echols sits on death row, waiting for justice.

In 1993, he and two other teenage boys in the town of West Memphis, Arkansas were arrested, tried and convicted for the murder of three young boys.

It was said the murders were part of a satanic ritual, performed by the boys known nowadays as the West Memphis Three. They were satanists because they had long hair and listened to Metallica.

The trial was a joke. The conviction was an even bigger joke, only not a funny one.

You can read all about them at www.wm3.org, or watch the film Paradise Lost. I’m not here to talk about them. I’m here to talk about another case that’s been in the news recently that has quite a few things in common with the three boys from West Memphis.

The victim’s name is Stacy Peterson, the suspect her husband Drew.

I’ll say it right off: I don’t like Drew Peterson. I don’t like the attitude he seems to have, nor the fact that he doesn’t seem to care about the welfare of his missing wife. It wouldn’t surprise me if he did, in fact, murder her.

See what I did there? I implied that he may have killed his wife by making a statement to which a lot of people would argue I’ve already tried and convicted him in my mind.

Which is exactly what the media has done to this man. Every news story has basically come out and said he killed her. He’s been tried and convicted before even being arrested, or before it’s even been proven that his young wife is dead.

Sure, it’s been proven by one of the top medical examiners in the nation that his previous wife, Kathleen Savio, was murdered in her bathtub. It was never proven, however, that Peterson killed her.

The problem that’s being created here by the sensationalism of this news story is that our justice system now can’t possibly provide a fair trial for this man if he is indeed arrested. The court system would be hard pressed to find someone who hasn’t been following this story and who hasn’t already formed an opinion of Drew Peterson.

This is the same thing that happened in West Memphis. The town had already tried and convicted these three boys, and thus the prosecution needed no physical evidence lock in a guilty verdict. The same thing is going to happen to Drew Peterson if he goes on trial.

We see this investigation every day in the news, but is Peterson the only lead the police are following? The only suspect? If so, they should arrest him. If there’s any doubt, they should be finding other avenues to pursue and say so. If Peterson can be all over the news, so should any other lead that the police are following. That’s the only ay this horrible journalism can be made unbiased.

I’ll be interested to see how all of this unfolds.

Any opinions?

I know I haven’t updated in awhile. I’ll have some more stuff pretty soon (Michael Vick), but here’s a nice little story to hold you over until then.

Police: Boss Kills Coworkers Who Asked For Raise

EAST POINT, Georgia (AP) — The owner of a car dealership has been accused of killing two employees because they kept asking for pay raises.

Rolandas Milinavicius has been charged with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of Inga Contreras, 25, and Martynas Simokaitis, 28.

All three are from the eastern European nation of Lithuania but had been living in Atlanta, Georgia, authorities said.

Milinavicius, who was having financial problems, told police he shot the two Thursday after they kept asking for more pay, said police in East Point, which is just outside Atlanta.

“He told us that he was under a lot of stress,” East Point police Capt. Russell Popham said. “Unfortunately, he decided to take his anger out with violence.”

Milinavicius, who had been living in Alpharetta, a suburb north of Atlanta, started RM Auto International two years ago, hoping to meet the demand for American cars in Lithuania. He began shipping cars and later hired the two victims as his only employees.

Milinavicius, 38, turned himself in two days after the shootings and confessed to the killings, Popham said.

“As I understand, the employees were not really happy about the pay, and they had questioned him about it over the course of time,” Popham said. “That morning he said he just snapped.”

Contreras and Simokaitis were cremated and an informal memorial service was held at Simokaitis’ cousin’s apartment over the weekend. The remains were to be flown to Lithuania on Tuesday.

“It doesn’t make any sense,” the cousin, Jaunius Simokaitis, of Fayetteville, said Monday. “If he was having money problems, these two would have been the ones to help him get out of debt. They would have helped him make that money.”

For days I’ve been reading everything I’ve come across regarding the apparent murder-suicide of the Chris Benoit family. All of the evidence is pointing to the assumption that he snapped and killed his family over the course of a weekend.

Maybe I read too much crime fiction. Maybe I watch Lenny Briscoe more than I should, but I have this nagging gut feeling about this situation that things aren’t exactly as they appear.

Let me start out by saying I was never a fan of Chris Benoit. He wasn’t a wrestler that I particularly enjoyed watching; none of this generation of wrestlers really are. My instincts on this do not stem from the fact that I want him to be innocent of this. My instincts are my gut reactions based on the facts of the crime.

It’s being said that he flew home on Friday for a “family emergency.” He claimed his wife and child were sick from food poisoning and he had to be home with them. When he got there, he strangled his wife. More than 24 hours later, he suffocated his son. Another 24 plus hours later, he hung himself.

He’d have to have gone absolutely batshit insane to have done this. How many people that crazy have you heard of that plan these elaborate crimes, and then carry them out? If he truly went crazy, wouldn’t he have done it all Friday night, in the heat of passion? How could someone in the mental state that he’d have to have been in have carried out this deliberate and well thought out scenario?

Think about it for a moment. Then add something else to the mix. Something more sinister. I’m gonna give you a scenario.

Chris Benoit pissed someone off. I mean, really pissed someone off. He pissed someone off to the point, that this person showed up at Benoit’s house Friday night, and called him from his wife Nancy’s phone. Maybe he threatened Benoit’s family, and forced him to fly back home and make up an excuse about the family being sick.

Maybe this person or persons killed the Benoit family and made it look like a murder-suicide. It’s happened before.

Benoit had some issues with drugs. Maybe he was gonna go public on his supplier. Maybe he could have implicated someone much bigger, more powerful. Professional wrestling has been at the center of drug scandals for years.

It’s a feasible theory, don’t you think?

Or maybe what we’re getting is true, and Chris Benoit truly went off the deep end.

According to lead investigator Lt. Tommy Pope, of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, in Fayetteville, Ga., the deaths of WWE Superstar Chris Benoit, wife Nancy and son Daniel were the result of a double murder-suicide, WWE.com has learned.

Benoit failed to appear both at Saturday’s live event in Beaumont, Tx., and WWE’s Vengeance: Night of Champions in Houston Sunday night, after informing WWE of a family emergency.

Ok, this idiot drives drunk. More than once. Gets arrested and sentenced to 45 days. Serves 5 days, and is released due to “medical reasons.”

WTF?

Sure, now she’s under house arrest. Big fucking deal. She gets to hang out at home for a month.

She’s a God damn worhtless human being. She never did anything to deserve to be famous, yet people adore this piece of trash.

Now, she’s walking proof that the law doesn’t apply to celebrities. Our society is so obsessed with these idiots that we let them get away with whatever they want. Oh, poor Paris Hilton. She’s too good for prison.

She’s sick, so fucking what? If it were anyone else, they’d have been sent to the prison infirmary.

God damn it, this pisses me off. Here, read the article from CNN.com:

Paris Hilton Out Of Jail

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — Paris Hilton was let out of jail Thursday morning, days after she began serving what was to have been a 45-day sentence for violating probation, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.

Hilton must wear a monitoring bracelet and remain at her home for another 40 days, said sheriff’s department spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Medical considerations “played a part” in the decision to offer Hilton home confinement for the remainder of her sentence, Whitmore said. (Watch Whitmore detail Hilton’s deal )

He said privacy rules prohibited him from giving details about the medical issues, but celebrity Web site TMZ.com earlier quoted sources saying Hilton was refusing to eat much of the jail food served her.

Whitmore said that after “extensive consultation with medical personnel” it was decided to offer Hilton “reassignment” to home confinement, which she and her attorneys accepted. (Watch Hilton enter jail )

Part of the deal was that her original sentence of 45 days, which had been reduced to 23 days if she showed good behavior behind bars, would be restored to the full length. Although she reported to the jail just before midnight Sunday and departed in the early hours of Thursday, she was given credit for five days, he said.

Whitmore said the decision to send Hilton home was made by a panel of officials in the sheriff’s department, although the judge who sentenced her was advised of the move.

Hilton was arrested on charges of drunken driving in September.

In January, she pleaded no contest to a charge of alcohol-related reckless driving. She was sentenced to three years’ probation and had her license suspended.

In February, she was caught driving on a suspended license, which later was ruled a probation violation.

Hilton entered jail Sunday after attending the MTV Movie Awards, where she answered questions from the press and was the subject of host Sarah Silverman’s jokes.

The Scum of The Day award goes to a pair of gentlemen named Timothy Webber and Josh Dotts, who have been charged with the murder of a homeless woman. The pair of winners allegedly came into Nashville for the sole purpose of harassing the homeless.
